San Francisco, a modern city that is probably the most ethnically diverse
in the nation, lies on a peninsula on the Pacific coast. The city has a diverse skyline which features the unmistakable TransAmerican Building. San Francisco besides being well known for it's eathquakes is also known for it's spectacular bridges. The Golden Gate Bridge is probably the best known in the world. San Francisco wouldn't be San Francisco without Trollies. Trollies have been part of the city's transit system since the turn of the century. |
